Alex Moore is the Co-Founder and CEO of Moore Cooperative, a Columbus-based consulting firm helping organizations build fair, transparent, and human-centered workplaces through the combination of AI, data, and empathy.

Alex brings more than 15 years of consulting experience to compensation, people analytics, and HR transformation. Before founding Moore Cooperative, he served as SVP of Data Analytics and People Strategy at Bounteous, where he built and led global teams across data science, analytics, and total rewards — and established compensation philosophy and pay practices for more than 2,000 employees across multiple countries.

At Moore Cooperative, Alex and his team partner with mission-driven organizations to design pay structures, conduct pay equity analyses, and navigate the realities of pay transparency. The firm's homegrown platform, PayEquity.ai, brings verified market data and defensible salary ranges to comp teams in minutes — freeing them up to focus on the human work that algorithms can't do.

Alex serves on the Board of Directors of the Columbus Compensation Association and is a member of WorldatWork. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.Phil. from Trinity College Dublin, where he studied inter-religious dialogue and peace — a background that shapes his belief that the best workplaces are built through honest conversation, clear structure, and genuine care for people.
